How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
Once you fill out the discovery form on our "contact" page, we'll reach out for an initial consultation. During our call we'll get to know each other, talk about your vision for your special day, explain our approach to capturing weddings and discuss your specific wedding day needs.
2. Sign Contract
Once we have agreed that we're a perfect fit for each other, we will build out your wedding photography collection tailored specifically for you! Then you pay a retainer to confirm your date & sign the service contract. From that point we're all yours! Time to start planning the engagement session!
3. The Big Day
Finally your big day arrives! And we only have one important requirement: That you have the absolute time of your life celebrating one of the most important days of your life surrounded by your family & friends. We will take care of everything else!
4. Photos & Prints
After the last slice of cake is eaten & the last song is played, you'll go off to some beautiful destination in the world to honeymoon while we begin crafting & curating the best moments from your wedding. And then 8 weeks later, you'll receive your collection & get to relive your special day over & over again through the memories we preserved.

How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
It’s best to book your photographer 9-12 months before your wedding, especially if your date falls in peak wedding season. Popular dates fill up quickly, so securing your photographer early ensures availability.
Can we see a full wedding gallery?
Absolutely! We encourage couples to view full galleries so you can see how we capture an entire wedding day, from getting ready to the final dance.
Do you have backup equipment and insurance?
es, we always bring backup cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment to every wedding. Additionally, we’re fully insured, and we can provide proof of insurance if required by your venue.
How do you handle low-light situations?
We’re experienced with various lighting conditions and come equipped with professional gear, including off-camera lighting and flashes, to ensure stunning images even in dimly lit venues.
Do you offer engagement sessions, and is it included in the package?
Yes, we offer engagement sessions as a standalone service or as part of select packages. It’s a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and capture this exciting chapter of your love story.
Will we meet you before the wedding?
Absolutely! We schedule a consultation before booking to discuss your vision and ensure we’re a great fit. Additionally, if you book an engagement session, we’ll have another opportunity to connect and get comfortable working together before the big day. We’ll also have a timeline planning session closer to your wedding to make sure everything is seamless.
What happens if you’re unable to photograph our wedding due to an emergency?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we have a trusted network of professional photographers who can step in. We also ensure all your details and preferences are shared to maintain consistency in style and quality.
We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?
Absolutely! We still want to hear from you regardless of what stage you're in of planning your special day! Often times we speak with couple at the very beginning of their wedding planning, and we're able to help them greatly with venue & vendor suggestions.
Do you travel for weddings, and is there an additional cost?
Yes, we love traveling for weddings and serve both domestic and international destinations! Travel fees are determined based on the location and will be included in your customized package.
